Q. Which browsers work best on this site?

A. Any standard browser for Windows should work fine. If you're using OSX, Firefox works best. Safari has some small problems but should be OK for general use.

Q. I lost my password. What should I do?

A. On the homepage, under the login area, select ‘Request new password’.
